What you'll need:
1 small fist full of whole wheat pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Roasted Red Pepper Spread
1 small handful of baby spinach, washed
1/2 small cucumber, sliced
1/4 red pepper, sliced
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon goat cheese, crumbled
A few drizzles of balsamic glaze
How to make it...
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Knead pizza dough and form a 8-9 inch circle. Place on a slightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once the pizza dough is finished, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper spread as the sauce. Add a spinach, cucumbers, peppers and onions. Sprinkle the goat cheese. Top it off with a few drizzles of balsamic glaze.
