What you'll need:
1/2 cup 1 minute cooking rolled oats, plain
4 ounces chocolate coconut milk (I used So Delicious brand)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 banana sliced
4 walnuts, crushed
Small handful of blueberries, washed
How to make:
In a small mason jar or bowl add oats, chocolate coconut milk and chia seeds. Mix until evenly distributed. Let sit for ~ 10 minutes or until oats absorb the liquid. Add banana, blueberries and walnuts.
