Ingredients:
1 bundle of asparagus, washed and de-stemmed
2 tablespoons of olive oil or melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
a tiny pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven 375 degrees F. Cover baking sheet with oil and then add the asparagus. Gently toss the asparagus in the oil until evenly coated. Add Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
