What you'll need:
1 sweet potato or yam, washed and thinly sliced
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
a pinch of sea salt
How to make:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with oil. Place sweet potato slices on the sheet and using your hands toss the slices until evenly coated with oil. Add a pinch of sea salt and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
